Starting the return process:
The first step is to request a return from our CPAP Guides. Once you have received your return merchandise authorization, you will need to ship the product back within 10 days. Here's how you start the process:

Returning an unopened purchase:
We offer a 60-night return policy for most unopened products. In exchange, customers will receive either a full refund or store credit. However, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returning a recently purchased CPAP mask:
Recently purchased CPAP masks can be returned within the first 60 nights of delivery. Unopened masks can be returned in exchange for a new one, or you can request a refund/store credit (minus return shipping). Open or used masks can't be refunded, but they can be swapped for a different mask.
Returning a recently exchanged CPAP mask:
After you exchange your CPAP mask, you’ll have up to 30 nights to decide if you want to keep the new one. If it doesn't work for you, you can request to replace it with a different one; however, these masks are not eligible for a refund.
Returning a recently purchased machine:
Once you receive your machine, you have 60 nights to return it for a refund or store credit (minus return shipping)—even if it’s been used. All returned machines must be in good condition and shipped in the original packaging with all parts included.
