Do I need a prescription on file prior to shipping my order?Updated a month ago

Yes you do! Federal law requires cpap.com has a valid prescription on file before shipping a CPAP mask, APAP machine, CPAP machine, BiPAP machine, humidifier, EPAP therapy, oxygen concentrators, and some heated tubing. Mask replacement parts, machine filters and other accessories do not require a prescription. 

There are a number of ways for you to send cpap.com your prescription.  We have a robust prescription collection system that you can access through your account page on cpap.com.

1. Let cpap.com contact your doctor. Please keep in mind, that we can only contact doctors located in the United States. 

2. Email your prescription to [email protected].

3. Fax your prescription, toll free to 1-866-353-2727 or locally to 713-541-7377.  

4. Upload your prescription to cpap.com

Your prescription can be uploaded through our website by clicking "Prescription Upload" under "Support" in the footer of our website.

Once a prescription is received, your order will be able to ship out to you. If you have an order number in place, it can be included with your prescription submission.

Please note that we do accept prescriptions written by non-US doctors, with the exception of orders shipping to Texas.  Prescriptions written in languages other than English will need to include the English translation on the document.
