What determines the date of service on the insurance claim form?Updated a month ago

The Date of Service is the date the package ships from our warehouse to you. The Date of Service is referenced on CPAP.com invoices as the Date Shipped. The Date of Service/ Date Shipped cannot be changed. For example, if an order is placed on Saturday December 31st, and the parcel ships out on Monday, January 2nd the invoice will reflect January 2nd as the Date of Service on the claim form and invoice. CPAP.com ships Monday - Friday, except during holidays and weather-related events.
