All orders over $99 will ship free of charge from our warehouse located in the Stafford, Texas area. 

The arrival date of your shipment depends on the shipping method you select during checkout. Regular ground shipping can take anywhere from 5-15 business days and expedited options are available for a fee. Our system will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on your chosen shipping method. What is your shipping policy?

Yes, when purchasing specific equipment.

Federal law requires CPAP.com has a valid prescription on file before shipping a CPAP mask, APAP machine, CPAP machine, BIPAP machine, humidifier, EPAP therapy, Nightbalance, oxygen concentrators and some heated tubing. International prescriptions are accepted, but please keep in mind they cannot be used to ship within the state of Texas. 

CPAP.com has several options to assist you with obtaining a prescription. We can collect your prescription from your doctor, we offer a Prescription renewal option if we are not able to collect from your doctor and Home Sleep Test if you have not yet been diagnosed. Please contact us at 1-800-356-5221 to discuss the best options that meet your needs.

Do I need a prescription?

In most cases, private insurance will consider reimbursing purchases through CPAP.com. We provide our customers with an insurance compliant, itemized invoice that contains the applicable insurance billing code(s) for each item purchased.

However, reimbursement is an agreement between you and your insurance company. CPAP.com is out of network for all insurance plans; be sure to check with your insurance company first if you plan to seek reimbursement.

CPAP.com does not accept Medicare / Medicaid assignment and has no relationship with Medicare or Medicaid.

Do you accept insurance?

Sign into your account to upload your prescription. (we need to give them specific instructions). Expect that your prescription will be processed same day in most cases. 

You may also email your prescription to cpap@cpap.com, fax your prescription to 1-866-353-2727.

How do I get you my prescription?

Rest assured our team is working hard on getting your order processed and ready for shipment. Please check back for an update in status.

A blank letter of Medical Necessity that you can download, print, or email.  Please be sure to ask your doctor to fill this in completely.
